In Minsk, the construction of a secret elite quarter in the Moscow-City style is planned. New skyscrapers will appear in the Timiryazeva Street area – not far from "Korona" and Damasheuskaya Street.
This project is top-secret: there are no official renders in the public domain, and information about the clients is completely absent. As noted in her channel, real estate expert Natalia Litovskaya, it is whispered about this object that the country has not yet seen elite housing of such a level.
Nearby, on the same Timiryazeva Street, another, simpler quarter will appear. At the intersection with Ignatenka Street, where "Legavtotrans" was previously located, they plan to erect residential multi-story buildings and a kindergarten.
The name of this investor is also kept secret, and the project itself is still awaiting approval.
The current renders that have appeared online are unconfirmed. The start of construction work itself should not be expected before 2029, as a long process of processing a large number of documents is still ahead.
Meanwhile, "Legavtotrans" has already been closed and is being prepared for demolition.
