A recreation center near Minsk is for sale for 5.5 million rubles

The center has a ready-made infrastructure.

A recreation center in the village of Yukhnovka in the Minsk district has been put up for sale. They are asking for more than 5.5 million rubles for it, writes Realt.by.

The center is operational and has a ready-made infrastructure. It is referred to not just as a set of buildings, but as an asset with strong investment potential due to its location and the possibility of reconceptualization.

The recreation center occupies 10.7291 hectares, and all 12 buildings are located on an area of more than 5 thousand sq. m.

Among the project's features mentioned are three artesian wells and a pine forest.
