An unusual bench was installed in one of Brest's parks, which immediately caused a lot of jokes and surprise among city residents with its appearance, writes Tochka.by
Artsyom, a resident of Brest, published a photo of the new structure on Threads. The inscription «Цёплая лавачка» (Warm Bench) is engraved on the backrest of the bench, but its design itself looks quite gloomy.
The structure is made of a massive black stone slab, with two rectangular pedestals placed on the sides. Because of this, the bench more closely resembles a gravestone than a place for rest.
This is how many users perceived it. In the comments, it was compared to a cemetery, a gravestone, and even a mini-crematorium. Others joked that the bench looks very cold, even though it's called 'warm'.
One user drew attention to the name of the enterprise indicated directly on the structure. According to her, the company manufactures monuments and memorial complexes. Therefore, she suggested that the unusual bench could be a peculiar advertisement for this organization in the city park.
