The heating season in the capital will begin on September 24. This decision was made by the Minsk City Executive Committee.

First-priority institutions will receive heat first. From September 24, heating will be turned on in kindergartens, schools, health-and-prevention and medical institutions.
Heating will also be supplied to social welfare institutions, specialized educational and sports institutions, museums, state archives, libraries, and hotels.
