President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia has effectively started additional mobilization, increasing the recruitment of people into the army in various ways, including by means of foreigners. This is evidenced by data from Ukrainian intelligence.

The Ukrainian president also reported new data regarding the presence of North Korean military personnel in Russia. According to him, currently, more than 8,000 military personnel from North Korea are located on Russian territory. In addition, the transfer of another approximately 10,000 people is being prepared. They are selected for military training, after which they are planned to be sent to Russia.
Zelenskyy claims that in exchange for North Korea's assistance, Russia transfers technologies to it, in particular. According to him, with technical support from Russia, the production of "Shahed"-type attack drones has already been deployed on the territory of North Korea.
The Ukrainian president called this an example of how the threat associated with the war spreads from one region of the world to others. In his opinion, this can only be countered by joint efforts.
Zelenskyy also called on the international community to strengthen sanctions pressure on Russia. He noted that, in his opinion, effective sanctions from the USA, European Union, and other countries are necessary, including measures provided for by the law of American Senator Lindsey Graham.
He also called on international partners to support Ukraine not only with statements but also with concrete aid packages and decisions which, according to him, are necessary to counter Russia.
