Viktar Prakapenia Registered Another Company in Poland

This is the Warsaw branch of his fintech group Capital Com Group.

A few months ago, another structure appeared in Poland for the well-known businessman Viktar Prakapenia. This is the Warsaw branch of his fintech group Capital Com Group (Cyprus), as reported by Vadim Sekhovich in his Telegram channel.

The main activity of the new legal entity, according to PKD, is "financial service activities, except insurance and pension funds".

Since 2021 and 2022, offices of two development centers belonging to the businessman, who resides in London, have been operating in Warsaw: Digital Services Poland and oddzial w Polsce Capital Com IP.

According to the results of 2025, their combined revenue grew by 60% and amounted to the equivalent of 44.3 million euros.

As for net profit, according to KRS data, a positive dynamic is also observed here. Its volume increased from 1.5 million euros in 2024 to 2.8 million in 2025 — by 87%.
