Russians struck the Northern Bridge in Kyiv overnight

Over the past few days, the Southern Bridge in the capital of Ukraine has been attacked several times.

A hit on the Northern Bridge in Kyiv has been recorded, reported city mayor Vitali Klitschko.

Emergency services are heading to the scene. Traffic in Kyiv is being delayed due to the closure of the Northern Bridge.

The Northern Bridge is a large road bridge across the Dnieper River in the northern part of Kyiv. It connects the right-bank part of the city with several left-bank districts. The main part is a cable-stayed bridge with one large A-shaped pylon 119 meters high.

In recent days, Russia has adopted a new tactic: striking communications in Ukraine. For instance, the other, Southern Bridge, was attacked several times over the past two days.
