Head of Orsha Meat Canning Plant Arrested for Bribery. Two Months Ago, He Hosted Prime Minister Turchin at the Plant
Police reported the detention of a 44-year-old resident of Barysaw, who headed one of the meat processing enterprises in the Vitsebsk region. As "Nasha Niva" found out, the person in question is Pavel Rynzak, the head of the Orsha Meat Canning Plant.

Pavel Rynzak is 44 years old, originally from Barysaw. His entire career is connected with the food industry and trade.
Earlier, Rynzak worked as deputy head at the Barysaw Bakery Products Plant, was involved with the Barysaw Meat Processing Plant, and later served as deputy director and acting director at the Slutsk Meat Processing Plant.
In 2022, he also briefly registered as a sole proprietor in the Barysaw district to provide commercial services.
Recently, Rynzak worked as the head of the Orsha Meat Canning Plant, which is managed by the powerful "Dzyarzhynski" agricultural complex and was preparing for its full integration into it.
As early as August 2026, Pavel Rynzak personally met Prime Minister Aliaksandr Turchyn at the enterprise and gave comments to the state press — boasting about new automated lines, the transition of baby food from "puck" cans to glass containers, and plans to produce animal feed in pouch packages.
The Interior Ministry's press service reported the detention of the top manager on October 22: Rynzak was caught receiving a bribe. According to the investigation, the head of the enterprise ensured a private firm's victory in the procurement procedure for transport services for the plant's needs.
A criminal case has been initiated against Pavel Rynzak for receiving a bribe, and law enforcement agencies are looking for other episodes of his activity.
