Its engine failed in a Boeing over the Russian capital.

The Pobeda airline plane, performing the Minsk — Moscow flight, landed with an engine switched off. Its engine failed in a Boeing over the Russian capital, reported the Shot Telegram channel.
Shortly before approach for landing, at an altitude of about 1.5 kilometers, the RPMs of one of the Boeing 737-800 engines sharply dropped, and later it spontaneously shut down.
The alarm immediately warned the pilots about the malfunction. They issued a Pan-Pan-Pan urgency signal, after which they continued their approach for landing. A few minutes later, the plane successfully landed at Vnukovo Airport. None of the passengers were injured.
Shot did not specify which particular flight from Minsk to Moscow was being referred to or when it occurred.
