Explosions recorded in several regions of Moldova. Police found drone debris
An air alert was announced in the country.
As a result of the incidents, law enforcement officers found drone debris in several locations, and in one case, the explosion caused dry vegetation to catch fire, reports Noi.md.
At 7:50 AM, the Căușeni city police inspectorate in the southeast of the country, near the border with Ukraine, received a report of an explosion that occurred near the city. Thick smoke was observed at the scene, and police found drone debris.
Drone debris was also found near some other settlements. One of the explosions occurred in a vineyard, next to an outbuilding.
Police are at the scenes of the incidents, documenting the cases.
Authorities urge citizens to bypass the areas where explosions were recorded, and not to touch or approach suspicious objects or their debris.
