The publication "Strong News" found an unusual advertisement for an apartment for sale on Valgogradskaya Street in Homiel on "Kufar". For a two-room apartment of 44 "squares" with cosmetic repairs, the seller asks for only 37 thousand dollars. At the same time, the man honestly spoke about all the features of this housing.
The house underwent major renovations in 2015, and plastic windows have been installed in the apartment itself and on the balcony. So why so cheap? The seller didn't hide anything and laid it all out as it is.
"The house is mainly inhabited by pensioners, alcoholics, and those who rent housing, so there are always parking spaces near the house.
Pensioners and alcoholics are quiet — not music lovers, so neighbors are not heard in the apartment. It's quiet at night. The house is not located near the roadway.
There's a basement — but I don't use it because there are rats there.
Children's scooters and bicycles are stored in the under-stair space at the entrance to the подъезд. There have been no incidents of disappearance.
There are cockroaches throughout the house. There's no point in hiding it, because you can find them on the street near the house, in the entrance, and every resident of the house will immediately tell you that if you ask them about it.
Because of this, the price is below average.
"It's not suitable for families with small children, because alcoholics constantly drink under the entrance in summer, and in the entrances in winter, scaring children. Neither the police nor cameras above the entrances deter them in any way," the man warns.
