Mother of Bazhena Yaremich, who prepares beauties for Lukashenka, bought an elite cottage for $837 thousand
In the spring of 2025, one of the cottages in the "Olympic Park" complex in Minsk got a new owner. As found out "Zerkalo", it was bought by Irena Yaremich from Grodno, who until recently worked as a cleaner.
This is the mother of Bazhena Yaremich, who heads the National School of Beauty. The area of the mansion on Ratamskaya Street is 610 square meters, and it is built on a plot of 14 ares.
Yaremich's new cottage is part of the "Olympic Park" complex next to the "Lebiazhyny" nature reserve. The land plots for its construction were granted to the developer "Tapas" by Lukashenka's decree without an auction, and work was carried out in 2019-2020 despite environmentalists' protests.
As a result, several multi-story buildings, six duplexes, and a private street with 13 cottages appeared.
Irena Yaremich bought this mansion in February 2025 from Liliya Belaya — the mother of entrepreneur Pavel Bely, who owns "Tapas," the company that built this house. Belaya herself acquired it just two weeks before the resale, with the sum of that transaction amounting to 837 thousand dollars.
Interestingly, this is not the only case where Liliya acted as an intermediary owner of real estate. According to "Zerkalo"'s calculations, at least six apartments and two houses passed through the woman, which she sold less than a year after acquisition.
It is not precisely known why such a scheme was needed. An off-market price, a discount, or informal installment payments might have remained behind the scenes.
Who is Irena Yaremich and what is her daughter Bazhena known for
Bazhena Yaremich has made a rapid career in recent years. After Alexander Lukashenka's visit to her university, the girl began attending events with his participation. In 2020, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Grodno State University.
In February 2021, the 21-year-old lawyer found herself in the presidium during the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, and in October, she headed the National School of Beauty.
Bazhena Yaremich is now 27 years old and is a member of the Minsk City Council. She regularly appears at events with Alexander Lukashenka's participation — for example, this spring she swept the ground while he planted trees during a subbotnik (a day of voluntary work).
She recently got married.
Her mother Irena is not a public figure. In 2021, Bazhena said that she worked as a cleaner. At one point, the woman was employed as a janitor.

Yaremich said that neither of her parents has a higher education.
