The plant in Surgut is named after Viktor Chernomyrdin. Today, due to the presence of Ukrainian drones, the Khanty-Mansiysk Kogalym airport was closed for the first time since the war began.

The governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Okrug urged the population to "remain calm."
