Minsk National Airport is launching a new baggage delivery service that will allow passengers not to deal with the independent transportation of their suitcases. Baggage can be delivered to any desired location — to the airport, to the train station, to an office, apartment, hotel, or other place.
According to the report of the airport's press service, the new service is designed to relieve passengers of physical exertion and save their time. After handing over their belongings to the delivery service, people will be able to immediately proceed with personal or work matters, without transporting their baggage themselves.
The service can be ordered online or directly at the airport. The counter for receiving both oversized and standard baggage is located opposite the baggage claim carousel in the arrival area for Union State flights, in sectors 5-6. Passengers on international flights in the arrival area will also be met by service staff.
For departing passengers, baggage handover will be organized in the check-in area.
The cost of delivery will depend on the number of baggage items, as well as their weight and volume.
In the first phase, the new service will operate in Minsk and the Minsk region.
