At "Zubr-Fest" in Belovezhskaya Pushcha, bloggers and artists were fed bison meat
And Russian singers Lyusya Chebotina and Eva Polna performed.
“Zubr-Fest” took place on September 25-26 in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. One of the bloggers who visited there boasted that they were generously treated to bison meat.
“I'm a little sad that I'm eating bison, but it's delicious,” commented blogger Pal Vanych in one of his videos.

On the tasting plate in the frame, it is visible that, in addition to bison meat, bloggers were served wild boar sausage, venison, and duck.

In the comments, many Belarusians did not appreciate the tasting of bison in the reserve, and even more so at a festival that positions itself as ecological and is named in honor of one of the main symbols of Belarus.
“Bison are in the Red Book,” people complain in the comments. Today, the bison in Belarus is a protected species and has Category III of the Red Book; the species is considered restored and is not currently threatened with extinction.
Additionally, people criticized the fireworks in the forest and the choice of location for the festival itself, which in one way or another disturbs the peace of wild animals and birds.
“This is a reserve! The whole point of this place is its silence and natural purity,”
“Couldn't other venues be found, why hold a light and music show in the forest?!” Belarusians wondered when the organizers first announced the program.
The artists at "Zubr-Fest" were, for the most part, guests from Russia: rapper Antokha MS, singer Lyusya Chebotina, Russian group PIZZA, as well as headliners Eva Polna and Igor Nikolaev. Belarusians on stage were represented by the band "Drazdy" and Herman Tsitov, along with young performers Nastya Krauchanka and Mikita Byalko.
Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Pyotr Parkhomchyk has already promised that next year "Zubr-Fest" will become "even more large-scale."
