SpaceX without warning limited Starlink's operation in Ukraine. Military operations failed
The restrictions apply only to the military package.

Advisor to the President of Ukraine on defense technologies Serhiy Beskrestnov confirmed the report about the restrictions that SpaceX introduced on the night of October 14. According to Beskrestnov ("Flash"), the restriction concerns the Starshield military package: communication disappears when moving at a speed exceeding 100 miles per hour - about 160 km/h.
He stated that a number of operations were disrupted because of this.
«Our defense forces did not receive prior notice of this restriction, and this led to the disruption of a number of operations,» he wrote.
Beskrestnov links SpaceX's decision to the current political situation.
«It is obvious that this step cannot be accidental and is related to the current political situation,» he stated.
Earlier, volunteer Serhiy Sternenko reported on the disappearance of communication on terminals moving at speeds exceeding 160 km/h. According to him, regular Starlink continues to work. He suggested that SpaceX might have acted at the request of the Trump administration, but there is no confirmation of this version either.
Earlier, Zelensky stated that partners had not provided warnings about Russian ballistic missile strikes on Kyiv.
