Oleg Moiseev arrested in Estonia, say his acquaintances. He is the former driver of Tikhanovskaya, who over time became her staunch critic

Oleg Moiseev, according to his friends, is in an Estonian pre-trial detention center. The Prosecutor's Office accuses him of laundering more than 861 thousand euros through cash and cryptocurrency operations. The Belarusian faces 2 to 10 years in prison.

The Estonian Prosecutor's Office did not disclose the name of the accused. But, according to Moiseev's friends, with whom Nasha Niva spoke, it is about him.

More than 861 thousand euros in three months

The Belarusian was arrested in Estonia on June 13, 2026. The case has now been sent to court.

Presumably, Moiseev was part of a group that exchanged cash for cryptocurrency and back. According to the indictment, more than 861 thousand euros passed through him in three months.

Clients and couriers did not know each other's real names. To identify the right person during a meeting, they used a unique password: they would send the serial number of a banknote in an encrypted messenger in advance, which they then showed when handing over the money.

Oleg Moiseev, the prosecution claims, was not limited to the role of a courier. He arranged with clients about the time and place of meetings, personally accepted and handed over cash, and also directed other couriers.

He was not just Tikhanovskaya's driver

Businessman Oleg Moiseev entered politics in 2020. He joined Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's team, became her authorized representative, and served as her personal driver during the campaign.

And two years later, he became a staunch critic of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and her entourage.

In 2022, Moiseev appeared in a stream with Valery Tsepkalo, together with political scientist Dmitry Balkunets and singer Anzhelika Agurbash. During the broadcast, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya was called a "usurper." The democratic leader's team was accused of allegedly appropriating the representation of Belarusians and using repression to obtain Western money.

Oleg Moiseev joined the circle of the Forum of Democratic Forces, created by Valery Tsepkalo, Dmitry Balkunets, and Olga Karach. The organizers called the Forum an open platform for dialogue. In practice, it became a gathering place for some politicians and activists who tried to strip Tsikhanouskaya of her leadership status.

Earned money in construction

In Lithuania, Moiseev received political asylum. Propaganda laughed that after falling out with Tsikhanouskaya's team, he was forced to work as a plumber in Vilnius.

Later, he worked in the construction business, taking on projects in Vilnius and Visaginas. In addition, Moiseev is the founder of a furniture sales company.

Wife — participant of "Anoshka's Headquarters"

Moiseev's wife, Marina Kosmach, was also associated with the united opposition headquarters team in 2020, and after leaving Belarus, she ended up in the circle of people who created the Telegram channel "Anoshka's Headquarters."

The connection to "Anoshka's Headquarters" is indicated by a digital trace that Marina Kosmach accidentally left in the channel: under a link to Sergei Tikhanovsky's post published on behalf of the "Headquarters," Telegram showed Marina's Facebook profile and the tag "Marina shared this with you." Facebook automatically generates such cards and links them to the person who shared the link.

As for "Anoshka's Headquarters," it appeared at the end of 2020. Its participants published internal correspondence, financial documents, and compromising information on employees of Tsikhanouskaya's Office, the BYSOL and BY_Help foundations, and various representatives of democratic structures.

Part of the information was true, some was presented with manipulative comments. Former team member Ilya Begun, who later became a Lukashenka propagandist and eventually went to fight against Ukraine, later stated that screenshots were edited: messages could be moved from one side of the correspondence to the other to hide the source of the leak and sow doubt. "Almost all screenshots are fakes," he said, clarifying that the content itself could be real.

Notably, starting from June 2026 - the date of Oleg Moiseev's alleged arrest - the Telegram channel "Anoshka's Headquarters" fell silent. For four months, not a single new revealing or conspiratorial post appeared. The channel only came back to life today, after "Euroradio," citing its sources, reported Moiseev's arrest.
