Unique Telescope Returned to the Upper Platform of the Minsk Planetarium Observatory
Builders are also completing the modernization of the planetarium building.

The unique Carl Zeiss 1950/130 telescope, dismantled and removed from the Minsk Planetarium observatory building for the duration of the object's modernization, has been returned to the upper platform. This was reported by BelTA with reference to "Minskstroy".

Builders from general contractor BU-199 Trust No. 35 are also completing the modernization of the planetarium building. Finishing work is currently underway.
Tiles have been laid, laminate flooring in the offices, walls painted, "space-themed" lighting partially installed, and original doors fitted. Even the ventilation channel outlets resemble spaceship nozzles.
Ahead is the delivery and installation of equipment. After heating is connected, furnishing the premises can begin. Work continues on the exterior of the building: it is necessary to complete the finishing of the dome's ventilation shaft, lay the final roof layer, finish tiling, and install small architectural forms.
