A paid parking lot at the car market in Malinauka went under the hammer on September 28. The auction winner will pay 2,325,000 rubles for the lot — this is significantly higher than the initial price. In terms of conversion, this is approximately 770 thousand dollars, writes abw.by.
According to published data, two participants, who made 11 bids, competed for the right to acquire the lot. The initial cost of the parking lot was 1.5 million rubles. Thus, the final price turned out to be 825 thousand rubles higher than the initial one.
In addition, the winner of the bidding will have to pay the organizer 2% of the lot's cost.
This refers to the active parking lot No. 4 of ASB Leasing LLC, located behind the 'Kaltso' automall. The area of the territory is 15.5 thousand square meters.
The buyer receives the right to lease the parking lot until June 23, 2046. Parking a car there costs 3 rubles.
The territory is equipped with a barrier and a fence; a video surveillance system is also installed here.
