This will be done in the eastern part of the Kastrychnitski district of the capital.

In Minsk, within the streets of Syarova, Zhlobinskaya, and Lyubanskaya, one- and two-story houses will be demolished. A new quarter of multi-story buildings will rise on the cleared territory, Minsk-Novosti reports.
According to Eduard Tamilchik, head of the Kastrychnitski district administration, the small houses in this quarter are old, so a decision was made to demolish them. Demolition of the first two-story buildings on Syarova street began back in 2024.
Construction of a residential building is currently being completed there; the commissioning act will be signed within a few weeks. The project for the neighboring house is undergoing expert review — it is planned to be laid down in early 2027 and commissioned in early 2028.
The same will happen on Lyubanskaya, Piragova, and Pukhavitskaya streets — two residential buildings have already been designed there. Three more multi-story buildings will be constructed on Zhlobinskaya street — construction work on this section will begin in 2028.
