State Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Valfovich assessed the inspection of the power bloc.
"The nuance was this: we complicated the inspection by influencing in real-time with sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the [simulated] enemy. (...) There are more positive aspects, naturally: high morale, willingness and ability to complete tasks, eagerness to complete tasks," Valfovich emphasized on the air of the "First Information" TV channel.
He did not deny that the inspection also revealed some problems.
The State Secretary of the Security Council estimated that the military personnel performed at 9.5 out of 10.
