On August 1, Russian troops struck a route minibus with an FPV drone in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. As a result of the attack, seven people were injured, including a 16-year-old teenager.

Ukraine's Interior Minister Ivan Vyhovsky reported that the drone hit a minibus carrying passengers. According to him, the strike targeted civilian transport. Currently, seven casualties are known, two of whom are in serious condition.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, clarified that the minibus was moving through the territory of the Chervonohryhorivska hromada in Nikopol district. After the strike, the bus was completely burned down.
