Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Iran tried to kill one of his sons. He revealed this in an interview with Israeli television channel Channel 14, BILD writes.

“Something incredible happened: Iran targeted one of my sons. Iran tried to kill one of my sons,” Netanyahu said, without specifying which son or when it happened.
The statement came amid a dispute over the security of former Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, who is polling neck and neck with Netanyahu ahead of the October 27 elections.
The Prime Minister called for Eisenkot to be provided with round-the-clock security, emphasizing that it is “not a luxury,” and warned: without it, Iran could achieve its goal.
After the interview, journalist Amit Segal wrote that information about the alleged assassination attempt has been known for “several months,” but it was previously forbidden to publish.
Which son of Netanyahu might have been the target and what was behind the alleged plan has not yet been publicly disclosed.
