The Economic Court of Minsk on September 22 initiated bankruptcy proceedings for LLC "Kolobike" — the legal entity behind the once popular Kolobike bike-sharing service, writes Office Life.

The company's liquidator filed a statement with the court. The total amount of Kolobike's creditor debt is 4.4 million rubles, while the value of all remaining assets in the company is estimated at only 9,875 rubles.
Since the company's assets are clearly insufficient to repay debts, the court decided to open bankruptcy proceedings against it. The results of the procedure are planned to be reviewed at a court hearing on January 14, 2027.
According to the court's decision, Pavel Snapkoŭ is now the sole participant of LLC "Kolobike". Initially, the project belonged to businessmen Vadzim Asipchyk and Valery Shamrylaŭ.
At the end of 2025, it became known that Kolobike was selling off its bicycles. The company then explained this as a possible reorganization or closure of the service.
A company representative noted that the market for sharing services has significantly changed since 2019, when Kolobike started operating. Gradually, electric scooters began to displace bicycles, and as a result, Kolobike's financial performance significantly worsened over the last season.
