Last night, a road accident involving two heavy trucks occurred in the capital. At the intersection, a 29-year-old MAZ driver failed to yield while turning.

According to preliminary information, the MAZ truck driver with a semi-trailer was driving along Gealagichny Praezd and turning right onto Vaupshasava Street.

He was driving on a green signal from an additional traffic light section while the main light was red, but he failed to yield to a Mercedes truck with a semi-trailer, which was moving on the main road, and collided with it.
As a result of the accident, no one was injured, but both vehicles sustained damage.
