Today, the capital celebrates City Day. Due to various events, routes and intervals for different types of transport have been changed, Minsk-news reports .

On Saturday, from 8:00 to 21:30, the number of vehicles on bus routes №1, 24, and 69 has been increased. From 10:00 to 19:00 – on bus route №100.
Also, it is expected that the "Sports Palace" stop on Pobediteley Avenue will be canceled until 00:00 for all passenger transport routes passing through there.
Due to traffic restrictions on Pobediteley Avenue for all types of transport from 18:00 until the end of festive events, changes have been made to the routes of several bus services. Unless otherwise specified, stops are served:

buses №1, 69, and 119С will run along Pobediteley Ave, Masherova, Timiryazeva St, Kalvariyskaya, Romanovskaya Sloboda, Gorodskoy Val, Nezavisimosti Ave, and then along their routes in both directions, without serving the "Valadarskaha" stop. For route №119С, stops "Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War", "Timiryazeva", "Frunzenskaya Metro Station", "Gorodskoy Val", "Romanovskaya Sloboda" are provided on the changed section;

route №73 in the direct direction will be organized along Moskovskaya St, K. Tsetkin, Timiryazeva, Masherova Ave, Pobediteley, and then along the route; in the reverse direction – along Pobediteley Ave, Masherova, Timiryazeva St, Kalvariyskaya, Romanovskaya Sloboda, Nemiga;

bus №91 from Pobediteley Ave will run along Masherova Ave, Timiryazeva St, Kalvariyskaya, Romanovskaya Sloboda, Nemiga, and then along its route in both directions;

route №163 in the direct direction will be organized along Moskovskaya St, K. Tsetkin, Kalvariyskaya, and then along the route; in the reverse direction – along Kalvariyskaya St, Romanovskaya Sloboda, Nemiga.
It is important to note that, considering the prevailing road situation, from 8:00 to 18:00 on September 12, traffic restrictions (excluding public transport) may be imposed on the following sections:
- on the ascent from M. Bogdanovich St to Pobediteley Ave;
- on the descent from Pobediteley Ave to M. Bogdanovich St.
From 18:00 until the end of the events, traffic will be restricted for all types of vehicles:
- on the ascent from M. Bogdanovich St to Pobediteley Ave;
- on the descent from Pobediteley Ave to M. Bogdanovich St;
- on the section from Internatsionalnaya St to Melnikayte St.
Additionally, near the Sports Palace and in the Upper Town area, restrictions on stopping and parking of cars will be in effect in the evening.
For the safety of citizens during fireworks displays, temporary restrictions on stopping, parking, and traffic may be introduced in areas adjacent to the launch sites.
In addition, the Minsk Metro will also operate on a modified schedule: the train interval on the Maskouskaya and Avtazavodskaya lines from 9:00 to 00:00 will be four minutes, and on the Zialialuzhskaya line – seven minutes.
