"We knew he was an athlete." Neighbor of murdered pregnant woman reveals details about her
After information emerged that Tatsiana Martishchanka, a 43-year-old pregnant woman who disappeared in Minsk on September 8, was found dead, and the killer was the father of her unborn child, one of the deceased woman's neighbors contacted the "Onliner" publication.

According to the woman, Tatsiana rented an apartment in a Stalin-era building in the city center and was an obstetrician-gynecologist by profession. For some time, she worked in one of the capital's maternity hospitals, but in recent years, she was engaged in entrepreneurship in the medical field.
"On Tuesday [September 8] late in the evening, her parents came to our entrance. They were looking for Tanya, trying to find out something: she wasn't answering calls, and they didn't have keys to the apartment. Tanya has an adult daughter who currently lives and studies in Moscow."
According to Natallia (name changed at the interviewee's request), Tatsiana's boyfriend was frequently seen in the building's entrance.
"We knew he was an athlete and often went to training camps. What happened is simply unfathomable: with Tanya, he always behaved very courteously, simply, tenderly; he courted her beautifully. Tanya herself was so delicate, always in a good mood, positive."
Despite the apartment being rented, she actively participated in all matters concerning the building's upkeep. That day, none of the neighbors heard anything suspicious, and for all of us, this news is a real shock."
