The cheapest deal on the Minsk real estate market in July was a one-room apartment at Boleslava Beruta Street, 17/1. For the object with an area of 33.2 sq. m in a 1971 building, the buyer paid only $34,590. The cost per square meter was $1,042, Realt reports.

Meanwhile, the lowest price per square meter was recorded for a three-room apartment at Moskovskaya Street, 1. The object, with an area of 63.4 sq. m, was sold for $49,031, or just $773 per square meter.

The most compact apartment was a one-room dwelling in "Minsk-World" at Leanida Shchamyaliova Street, 28. With an area of only 23.4 sq. m, the object built in 2025 was sold for $86,455. The small area significantly influenced the cost per meter — it was $3,695.

The most expensive deal of the month was an apartment at Griboyedava Street, 21 in the residential building "Object 6," built in 2025. With an area of 168 sq. m, the object was sold for $1.2 million. This is not only the highest transaction amount of the month but also an absolute record for the price per square meter — $7,161. And here we are talking about the acquisition of a free-plan residence.
