Minsk Schoolboy Entertained Himself by Throwing Water Balloons at Children's Heads
Teenage girls reported to the police that water-filled bags were being thrown at them from the roof of a multi-storey building, according to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

An investigation revealed that these actions were carried out by a 14-year-old ninth-grader. He had previously filled plastic bags with water and climbed into the attic through an unlocked door. The teenager admitted that he wasn't looking down and didn't consider that his actions could cause harm to people's health or their property.
The affected children, aged 11 to 14, required medical assistance. They did not need hospitalization.
A criminal case for hooliganism has been initiated against the schoolboy. Additionally, the housing maintenance service (ZhEU) received a directive to rectify violations and install reliable devices for locking attic doors. Individual preventive work will be carried out with the teenager.
