The Presidential Sports Club, headed by Dmitry Lukashenka, owns the "Vyachorki" recreation center in Raubichi, writes "Bureau".
The operation of "Vyachorki" is managed by a separate company, "Fansport", which belongs to the club. The director of "Fansport" is Yury Chekhovsky. Thanks to "Cyberpartisans", it was revealed that in the 2000s he was a serviceman of military unit 01549 — Lukashenka's security service.
In 2004, Chekhovsky even received the 1st degree medal "For Impeccable Service". This award is personally bestowed by Alexander Lukashenka upon servicemen and security forces for 20 years of selfless and continuous service.

The recreation center appeared on "Fansport's" balance sheet at the end of August 2016.
Guests of "Vyachorki" are offered to rent four holiday cottages with a capacity of 4 to 6 people (from 340 to 640 rubles per night) and separate rooms for two (155 rubles per night).

On the complex's territory, a Russian bath (from 108 to 200 rubles per hour), a sauna (from 99 to 175 rubles per hour), and an aquazone with a pool and jacuzzi (80 rubles per hour) are available.
In addition, the recreation center's territory features a sports ground for playing football and volleyball.
Looking at "Fansport's" financial statements, this business is not very profitable. In 2024, "Vyachorki" operated with revenues of 206 thousand rubles, while losses amounted to 142 thousand rubles. In 2025, the situation was no better: 225 thousand rubles in revenue against losses of 411 thousand rubles.
