The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building on Piragova Street.
The total area of the apartment is 65 square meters. Some of the rooms literally have bare walls and floors. Some have old wallpaper and wooden floors.

How profitable is such an idea?
Naturally, unlike the studios with bare walls sometimes rented in "Minsk-World", it will not be possible to move into this apartment immediately, even with all the desire.
However, the rental cost does indeed seem low. Currently, rental rates for three-room apartments in Minsk start at approximately $450 for single, most budget-friendly options with old renovations, old furniture, or even partially without it.

But it still seems that for the idea of renting such an unconventional dwelling to make sense, the person must do the repairs in this apartment as much as possible by their own efforts.
And the longer the rental period, the more likely the tenant will benefit from such a deal. Especially if housing rental rates continue to rise.
