Industrial facility hit in Perm, industrial and civilian infrastructure damaged in Ulyanovsk
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to strike at Russia's infrastructure.
In Ulyanovsk, the 'Iskra' plant was reportedly hit, and in Perm – the Perm oil refinery, Ukrainian Telegram channels report.
Governor of Perm Krai Dmitry Makhonin reported that an "industrial facility" was damaged as a result of a drone attack. According to him, there are no casualties according to preliminary data, 'Dozhd' reports.
A mass drone attack on the city of Ulyanovsk was also reported by Governor of Ulyanovsk Oblast Alexey Russkikh. The head of the region writes about "damage to industrial and civilian infrastructure".
Russkikh writes that, according to preliminary data, eight people were injured, including one child.
