A week ago, a new retail chain came to Gomel, and on Friday, Oliva opened in Minsk. The first beauty and home care store of the chain in the capital started operating in Chyzhovka. The opening caused a frenzy among local residents, writes Realt.by.
Oliva is a new chain of beauty and home care stores in Belarus. Oliva belongs to the "Dabranom" group of companies, which also develops the "Kapeechka" and "Mayak" chains. After opening the first store in Gomel and entering Minsk, the chain plans a large-scale expansion throughout Belarus.
The new retailer will develop in the store segment with an emphasis on low prices. The focus is on decorative cosmetics and skincare, perfumes, hygiene products, and household chemicals. These are supplemented by goods for home, children, and pets.
The Minsk store, with an area of about 100 "squares," belongs to the "convenience store" format. Its shelves are stocked with goods from Belarus and other countries. The assortment differs from other stores.
Among cosmetics and hygiene products, you can find Garnier micellar water (400 ml) for 12.99 rubles, a set of Elseve shampoo (400 ml) and balm (300 ml) for 10.59 rubles, Colgate toothpaste for 4.49 rubles, and Rexona antiperspirant (40 ml) for 7.99 rubles. A pack of eight three-ply rolls of Papia toilet paper costs 6.79 rubles.
In the household chemicals department, you can buy Fairy dishwashing liquid (450 ml) for 4.79 rubles, Tide powder (2.5 kg) for 14.99 rubles, Vernel conditioner (1.82 l) for 11.99 rubles. A Bimax pack with 80 laundry capsules costs 39.99 rubles.
"We are starting our development in Belarus. Minsk and Gomel became the first cities where stores of the new chain opened, but soon they will be found in other cities as well. Our plans are ambitious, and we see high demand among the population for quality non-food goods at low prices," noted the Oliva chain.
The store offers a bonus "Dobraja karta" (Good Card), which can be issued for free at the checkout. Until October 11, double bonuses are awarded with it. Also, there is a 20% cashback on the purchase amount of hair and oral care products. Some products can be purchased under the "2+1=3" promotion.
The opening was lively: hundreds of people came. They were greeted with gifts, special offers, and bonuses. Purchases could enter a no-lose lottery.
The first Minsk Oliva store is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 in Chyzhovka at Haladzied Street, 13.
