Embassy of Poland in Minsk changes rules for accepting documents for the Pole's Card

The Consular Section and the Section for Poles Abroad of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Minsk announced changes in the procedure for submitting documents. From June 11, 2026, appointments for a number of issues related to the Pole's Card will be transferred to a new system.

Currently, appointments for submitting applications for the following matters can only be made through the e-konsulat system:

extension of the Pole's Card validity period;

issuance of a duplicate document;

change of data of the Pole's Card holder.

The number of available slots for appointments in the system is strictly limited.

Please note: documents for the extension of the Pole's Card will not be accepted if the validity period of your current document has already expired.
