Premises with Burger King restaurant put up for sale in the historic center of Minsk
Opposite the railway station in Minsk, a non-residential premise on the first floor of a five-story building, where a popular Burger King fast-food restaurant currently operates, is being sold. The advertisement for the sale of the property, located on Kirova Street in close proximity to the "Gates of Minsk" landmark, was published on the Realt platform.

For the property covering an area of 285.8 sq.m, the owner is asking for almost 3.2 million rubles (about 1.16 million dollars in equivalent).
The building housing the restaurant was constructed in 1951 and has the status of a historical and cultural heritage monument.
The American brand Burger King has been operating on the Belarusian market since 2015, with its development handled by Burger BK LLC. Currently, 55 restaurants of this chain are open in the country, with half of them located in the capital.
