According to Alexander Naskavets, BelAZ has already created a 130-ton hydrogen-powered dump truck. Its tests are now concluding, after which the machine is planned to be sent to one of Russia's enterprises. As for the 220-ton model, pre-project work on it is finishing, and documentation development is beginning. The dump truck is expected to be seen in metal in February 2027.

Among the company's latest developments is also equipment for underground mining operations. BelAZ, jointly and by order of the Russian company Nornickel, produced a 45-ton dump truck and a 17-ton load-haul-dump (LHD) machine. It is expected that this equipment will begin operating in the mine within a few months.

At the industrial proving ground in the Brest region, a full cycle of tests for robotic dump trucks has been completed. They passed successfully. Negotiations are currently underway for the supply of this equipment to Russia. To support it in operating locations, BelAZ has created a joint venture with the Russian corporation Rostec.

BelAZ was founded in 1948 and corporatized at the end of 2009. All 100% of its shares belong to the state. The company produces more than 200 modifications of dump trucks with a carrying capacity of 30 to 450 tons, as well as specialized equipment.
