"Bureau" decided to study the biographies and workplaces of other newly acquired relatives of Iryna Abelskaya, who works as a doctor at the Republican Clinical Center of the Presidential Administration and is listed among the employees of the "First Foundation".
It turned out that all of them are, one way or another, connected to medicine.
Iryna Abelskaya's elder son, Dmitry, is married to Dina el-Diiefi. Dina's sister, Dalya el-Diiefi, is a postgraduate student at the Belarusian State Medical University and an obstetrician-gynecologist at the private medical center "Nordin".
Dalya's husband, Ilya Senko, is the owner and director of "Distrimed" company, which specializes in wholesale distribution and promotion of medical devices, consumables, and medical equipment in Belarus.
The company actively participates in public procurement. In 2025, the company's revenue was 3.2 million rubles, and net profit was 14 thousand rubles.
Dina and Dalya's brother, Hassan el-Diiefi, works as a pediatric surgeon at "Nordin". However, his wife Yulia's career developed in a completely different direction for a long time. Yulia el-Diiefi worked in the administration of the High-Tech Park, and then – in Lukashenka's administration. In documents available to "Bureau", she appears there as an advisor-consultant of the main ideological department.
In April 2021, Yulia moved to the Republican Clinical Medical Center of Lukashenka's Presidential Administration — the very one managed by Iryna Abelskaya. And after Abelskaya joined the Council of the Republic, Yulia el-Diiefi became her official assistant.
There is also a medical connection with Abelskaya's father-in-law, Dina's father — Faisal Muhammad Rihan el-Diiefi.
For many years he was associated with the Belarusian-Palestinian community. In various documents, Faisal appears either as its president or as co-chairman. Since 2020, Faisal has been listed among the employees of "Right Step" company.
The firm is engaged in medical tourism and collaborated with the Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital in attracting patients from Libya. The focus was on promoting urological operations among Libyans, as well as services in neurology and traumatology. In 2025, "Right Step"'s revenue amounted to 4.4 million rubles, with a net profit of 1.2 million.
