Forecaster Dmitry Ryabov spoke on the ONT TV channel about the preliminary weather forecast for Belarus for the week of September 14-20. According to him, a true Indian summer is expected in the country, although there will be a few colder and rainy days in the middle of the week.

On Monday, September 14, Belarus will be under the influence of low-activity atmospheric fronts. It will be cloudy with clearings, with short-term rains possible in places during the day. Light fog is not excluded in the morning. Overnight temperatures will be 9–15 degrees Celsius, and during the day – 14–22 degrees Celsius.
On Tuesday, the country will be under the influence of a high-pressure atmospheric area. No rain is expected, although cloudiness will persist. Fog is possible in places in the morning. Overnight it will be 6–11 degrees Celsius, and during the day – from 16 degrees Celsius in the Vitebsk region to 22 in the Gomel region.
On Wednesday, September 16, the weather will slightly worsen. An atmospheric front will bring a cold snap, with heavy rains and thunderstorms in places. Fog is possible in the morning, and air humidity will reach 90%. Overnight, 9–14 degrees Celsius is expected, and during the day – from 13 degrees Celsius in the Grodno region to 25 in the Gomel region.
On Thursday, September 17, unstable weather will persist. It will be cloudy with clearings, with rains and possible thunderstorms in places. Fogs are expected overnight and in the morning. Overnight temperatures will be 10–15 degrees Celsius, and during the day – from 15 degrees Celsius in the northwest to 22 in the southeast of Belarus.
On Friday, the weather will begin to improve. Cloudiness will decrease, rains will stop, and the wind will be westerly and moderate. However, fog with visibility up to 500 meters is still possible overnight and in the morning. Overnight it will be 8–13 degrees Celsius, and during the day – 17–23 degrees Celsius, with the air in the Brest region potentially warming up to 25 degrees Celsius.
Over the weekend, an anticyclone will arrive in Belarus, bringing warm and mostly dry weather.
On Saturday, variable cloudiness without precipitation is expected. Overnight it will be 9–13 degrees Celsius, and during the day – 19–24 degrees Celsius, with up to 26 degrees Celsius in the west of the country.
On Sunday, September 20, variable cloudiness is forecast, with a low probability of rain. Fog with visibility up to 500 meters is possible overnight and in the morning. Overnight temperatures will be 7–12 degrees Celsius, and during the day – from 20 degrees Celsius in the Vitebsk region to 25–27 degrees Celsius in the Gomel and Brest regions.
