Crazy popular Minsk blogger spent almost $16,000 on her birthday celebration
And among the gifts Ekaterina Chereško received was even a tombstone.
The Belarusian blogger Ekaterina Chereško has 567 thousand followers on Instagram. She created a popular weight loss marathon called «Tluststop».
In August, Ekaterina grandly celebrated her 35th birthday, and now she decided to tell her followers how much everything cost.
The blogger paid $2100 for her look. By the way, the dress was very unusual. Ekaterina herself admits that she never had a more complex outfit in her life. The dress was made of metallic mesh, to which thousands of rhinestones were attached.
But the high price did not protect her from unpleasant surprises. Even before the celebration began, Ekaterina went to record a video in her new outfit.
The dress failed already during the shooting — it began to tear, and in the middle of the party, it was ready to completely abandon its owner, so Ekaterina had to change into a spare dress. That one, by the way, was much more comfortable.
Venue rental cost $1000. Ekaterina chose «Premium Event Park» as the party location.
A few years ago, even realtors were ashamed of the interiors of this 'palace' and couldn't rent it out (the owner wanted $7,000 per month). There were many jokes about the cringe in Kryzhovka.
Probably, as a result, the cottage, whose level of pretentiousness was off the charts, was sold and converted into a venue for expensive events.
Ekaterina paid $3700 for catering, another $400 for alcohol and $500 for a mobile bar, $200 for hookahs. And of course, a cake – it cost $120.
Decor took $1550 from the budget. Chair rental was also needed — $150.
Host Vladimir Burko priced his services at $1200. The cover band «Yarkiya» (Bright) asked for $1150. $1920 was spent on sound and light. The photographer charged $1000, the reels-maker — $230. The coordinator worked for $120.
There were also AI memes — $250 was charged for their creation.
The blogger paid $100 for transfer. And $50 for the cleaner as a farewell.
Ekaterina announced the total sum — $15740.
The blogger also showed the gifts she received from guests. The most unusual was a tombstone. A friend gave Ekaterina a piñata in the form of a monument. It had her name and surname, date of birth, and instead of the date of death — an infinity sign.
And instead of a photo — a mirror. There was also a caption: «You are good, but I am a legend. The monument is made from recycled haters.» A bonus to the tombstone was a trip to Saint Petersburg for a cemetery tour.
Ekaterina appreciated the gift: «This is very cool! If you think this is too much, you don't know me well.»
