A recreation base with glamping in Cherven district is being sold for almost a million dollars

The "Syam'ya" (Family) recreation base, 65 kilometers from Minsk, has been put up for sale for 2.6 million rubles, which is about 850 thousand dollars, writes Office Life.

The advertisement appeared on the "IPM-Torgi" platform. The base is located in the village of Vedrytsa, Cherven district, and is positioned as a ready-made business project.

The lot includes five buildings with a total area of 920.6 square meters and a land plot of about 7 hectares. Approximately 3 hectares of the territory are covered by forest.

The base has three one-story buildings, a two-story recreation house, and a security post. One of the buildings is already fully ready and accepts guests. In addition, four glamping domes have been installed on the territory.

Another advantage of the property is a beach about 100 meters long on the bank of the Karpilauka river.
