In Perm, a drone hit a multi-story building

Several floors were damaged.

The target of the strike could have been the Perm oil refinery — Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez (PNOS), which Ukrainian drones had previously attacked multiple times.

This enterprise is one of the largest refineries in Russia. Its capacity is over 13 million tons of oil per year, and more than 50% of the petroleum products produced here are exported.

Local authorities have not yet reported on the attack and its consequences.
