A daughter was born to the 18-year-old blogger, who is currently serving time for charity fraud
18-year-old Grodno blogger Mikhail Dragun became a father while behind bars. The birth of their daughter was announced by his 38-year-old partner, also a blogger, Yauheniya Tarasenka.

The girl was born on August 7th and was named Agatha. Tarasenka had not publicly revealed her pregnancy almost until the very birth and announced it literally at the last moment.
According to her, the couple had planned the child in advance, with Mikhail being the initiator of the child's birth. The woman found out about the pregnancy on December 5, 2025 — approximately a month after both of them were detained.
She also published an archival video in which she delivers this news to Mikhail. His first reaction, according to the video, was an emotional phrase expressing disbelief at what he heard.
A few days later, Dragun was taken into custody. Tarasenka wrote that after this, she was left alone with their unborn child. In the following months, she shared his letters from behind bars. According to her, Mikhail asked her not to have an abortion.
Mikhail Dragun and Yauheniya Tarasenka are popular bloggers in Grodno. In 2024, the couple even participated in the pro-government reality show "Blogger Factory".
However, many learned about them after a high-profile scandal involving a charity collection.
According to official information, together with his beloved, Mikhail offered subscribers to participate in a lottery for 10 rubles, where the main prizes were smartphones or a car. The organizers stated that only a small portion of the money would go towards prizes, and the entire remaining amount would be donated for the treatment of a boy. Money was being collected for eight-year-old Vanya Stetsenka, who has a severe genetic disease — Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The necessary injection for the boy cost 2.9 million dollars.
In total, the bloggers collected 1.5 million rubles. However, they transferred only 200,000 rubles to the mother of the sick child, and spent 315,000 on prizes for stream participants. The rest was spent on a lavish lifestyle.
Mikhail ended up behind bars when he was still 17.
He was tried this July. Dragun was found guilty of causing property damage through deception and abuse of trust, as well as defamation. In addition, about 130,000 rubles, which the court recognized as proceeds from the crime, were confiscated to the state.
Mikhail was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment.
Dragun has been in the pre-trial detention center since mid-December 2025, and since for minors one day in pre-trial detention counts as two, he does not have much time left until his release.
