Some developers sharply raised prices after the launch of the sensational Belarusbank loan
Prices rose by an average of 10 thousand dollars.
Some developers who became partners of "Belarusbank" for the housing loan, where the interest rate in the preferential period is only 1%, have sharply raised apartment prices. This was reported by real estate expert Natalia Litovskaya in her Telegram channel.
The expert analyzed the new build market in Minsk and noticed that apartment prices in several projects falling under the partnership program of the sensational "Belarusbank" loan have risen by an average of 10 thousand dollars.
"And even the introduced five-year ban on early repayment of this 'super loan' did not affect the decision to raise prices," Natalia Litovskaya stated.
"However, for those developers who did not join the program, everything is stable and good — both with sales and with prices. Fortunately, there are 'cheap' mortgage loans (relative to usual rates in Belarus) even outside of partnership programs," she noted.
