Belarusbank has published a credit calculator that allows you to understand whether purchasing housing under the new conditions will fit into the family budget, writes Onliner.by.

The calculator can be found at this link. If you need to borrow just 150,000 rubles, the required average monthly income is quite comparable to the average salary in Minsk: 3,625 rubles.
Payments in the first two years also don't seem large: 125 and 725 rubles. Later, it will be much harder: 1,958 rubles per month. And so for 18 years in a row.
But at least the two-year deferment will allow you to calmly do repairs or pay off as much of the debt as possible, so it won't be as painful later.

What if you need to finance 300,000 rubles?
The salary must already reach 6,536 rubles, but payments in the next two years are still more or less normal: 250 and 1,451 rubles. However, then... 3,916 rubles.
For most, this will be very noticeable. We are not particularly counting on inflation; the loan is tied to the refinancing rate.

And finally, a cottage in "Utulny". According to the hypothetical conditions, you need to borrow an additional 2,000,000 rubles. Under previous interest rates, a salary of 36,000 rubles and a monthly payment of 25,000 rubles were required.
The salary will have to be even higher — 39,528 rubles over three months. In the first year, you will have to pay the bank 1,666 rubles per month, in the second — 9,673. And then — already close to the previous value of 26,111 rubles.
At the same time, in the old option, the interest for the entire period of using the loan amounted to 3,974,261 rubles, and in the new one — 3,749,991 rubles. This means it is 224,000 rubles and some kopecks more profitable.
