Imprisoned head of ZROBIM architects sells another property — a plot for a tourist complex in Vileyka
A new announcement has appeared on the social media of Andrei Makouski (known as Andrus Bezdar), co-founder of the renowned architectural bureau ZROBIM architects, who is currently in pre-trial detention. This time, a plot for a tourist complex on the banks of Vileyka is offered for sale.

According to a post on the account managed by his wife Alena, it's about a promising site for tourism development: «Friends, I'm selling a plot for Nomad House in Vileyka! A very beautiful place on the river bank. I see huge potential in this land and will be happy if a significant tourist object for Belarus is built there».
Interested parties are invited to write in direct messages.
This is not the first major property that Andrei Makouski has been forced to put up for sale after his arrest.
In June 2026, an announcement appeared on his social media about the sale of an unfinished villa on the Thai island of Phuket in the elite complex Botanica Pru Jampa.
The persecution of the management and employees of ZROBIM architects began in April 2026. Then security forces detained about 50 people, and the popular architectural bureau itself was accused of receiving "unaccounted profit" totaling 6 million dollars and paying salaries "in envelopes." The total damage to the budget was estimated at over 5 million rubles.
Andrei Makouski himself remained in custody. Later, a message appeared on his account: «Greetings from the pre-trial detention center! Pay your taxes in full, guys».
His social media accounts continue to be managed, it seems, by his wife Alena. Meanwhile, ZROBIM architects company continues its work.
