Work of the database of Belarusians prohibited from traveling abroad is changing
On July 20, Alexander Lukashenka signed a decree aimed at improving the operation of the database of Belarusian citizens whose right to leave the country is temporarily restricted, the politician's press service reported .

The need for adopting the document, as reported, is related to the adjustment of legislation and the practice of applying previous norms.
The decree provides for expanding the technical capabilities of information exchange between state bodies, as well as strengthening the protection of data stored in the relevant information bank.
Citizens will be able to obtain information about the existence of travel restrictions in any citizenship and migration unit.
In addition, the term for obtaining such information is shortened — now these data must be provided within one working day.
