Two ministers, new ambassadors and other officials — personnel day with Lukashenka
Today a personnel day took place, the following appointments were made

Vadim Alsheuski became Minister of Architecture and Construction. Previously, he was Vice-Governor of the Brest region, overseeing issues of construction, transport, and housing and communal services.
Vadim Alsheuski was born in 1975 in Vysokaye, Kamenets district. He graduated from Brest Polytechnic Institute. From 2000 to 2006, he held various positions in the Brest Regional Executive Committee, then worked as the first deputy head of the State Construction Supervision inspectorate for the Brest region, and later — head of the inspectorate of the Department for Control and Supervision of Construction for the Brest region.
Since 2018 — Deputy Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee. He oversaw issues of construction, housing and communal services, energy, transport, and communications.
Syarhei Ultsinovich has been appointed Minister of Forestry

He was born in 1980. From 2008 to 2023, he headed the Kapyl forestry enterprise, and then for three years, he managed the Minsk forestry enterprise.
Ambassador to Tajikistan has been appointed Aliaksandr Khudaleeu. Until now, he held the position of First Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations.
Yury Mikalaichyk has been appointed Ambassador to Mozambique concurrently. He also heads the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Zimbabwe.
Siarhei Miadzvetskas has been approved for the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee. Until now, he worked as the Chairman of the Astravets District Executive Committee.
The position of Deputy Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, overseeing issues of construction, transport, and housing and communal services, will be taken by Aliaksandr Maksimchuk. Previously, he was the General Director of Brest HCS (Housing and Communal Services).
The Astravets district will be headed by Ruslan Zhukouski. Until now, he held the position of First Deputy Chairman — Head of the Agriculture and Food Department of the Smarhon District Executive Committee.
Vital Shuleika has been approved for the position of Chairman of the Slonim District Executive Committee. Previously, he was the First Deputy Chairman — Head of the Agriculture and Food Department of the Dzyatlava District Executive Committee.
Ihar Averka has been approved for the position of Chairman of the Shchuchyn District Executive Committee. For him, this is a promotion from the position of First Deputy Chairman — Head of the Agriculture and Food Department of the same district executive committee.
Uladzislau Hiershhorin will head the administration of the Lenin district of Grodno. Previously, from 2019 to 2026, he managed the Ashmyany district.
