Political prisoner Tsikhan Osipau will be tried for the third time for 'disobedience to the colony administration'
Former political prisoner Antonina Kanavalava reported that a third criminal case has been initiated against political prisoner Tsikhan Osipau for 'disobedience to the colony administration,' writes Viasna.

Previously, the political prisoner, initially sentenced to 11 years, had already been twice convicted under Article 411 of the Criminal Code for 'malicious disobedience to the colony administration.' In total, he was additionally sentenced to two more years and two months of imprisonment.
During his imprisonment, Tsikhan developed serious health problems, including issues with his spine and heart. He is currently held in a punitive isolation cell (SHIZA) in the Vaukavysk Colony No. 11.
