"The Harvest Seeks a Home." A Homiel cafe gives away free zucchini to everyone interested.
The Homiel pelmeni cafe "Pelmento" organized an unusual promotion for zucchini lovers. The owners of the establishment offered people who don't have acquaintances or relatives with dacha harvests to take free zucchini that were left without owners, writes the "Mocnyja Naviny" (Strong News) publication.

The cafe, located in Homiel at Sovetskaya Street, 44, announced this initiative on social networks. Zucchini could be taken right at the entrance — without payment, perhaps "for a smile."
Representatives of the establishment noted that their harvest is looking for those who can use it in cooking. People were offered to take one or several zucchinis.
The idea was liked by many users. They called the promotion cute and kind, noting that such actions make the world a nicer place. Some also joked that those who get zucchini for free were lucky, as in stores one has to pay for them. Others regretted that a similar promotion was not available in their cities.
