Lukashenka ordered to send everyone who cannot work during the harvest to the army
During a selective meeting, Alexander Lukashenka ordered to send those who work poorly and do not comply with labor discipline in agriculture, especially during the harvesting campaign, writes BelTA.
“Well, why would we put handcuffs on them when there's a staff shortage? Ask Khrenin, pass on my order to him: send everyone who cannot work to the army and to the southern border. To the forest. Our guys there, special operations forces, are dispersed along the Ukrainian border by my order,” Lukashenka said. “This does not mean that we are going to attack someone. We are not attacking anyone, we are guaranteeing our security. It's not easy — mosquitoes, flies, midges, and so on. So send them there, to the army. As ordinary soldiers. A week of training (grenade launcher, machine gun), and then — to the disposal of special operations forces.”
This order primarily concerns officials:
“Everyone who does not fulfill the assignments goes there. This is my order. Any official (in the government, regional executive committee, district executive committee) — to the farm, on a tractor, a combine harvester. Can't turn nuts? You'll be an assistant, you'll carry "shells." Any non-compliance — to the army. Let them serve there. They will sit in the forest. Personnel are also needed there. Let them serve there during the harvest period. Both the official and whoever does not want to work.”
